Two juveniles were struck by a vehicle in Cumberland County, one of whom was in custody, police said

CUMBERLAND COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) – Police say a driver was arrested after hitting two teens who were trick-or-treating in Cumberland County.

New Cumberland County police said they were called to the scene along Fifth Street in the county Thursday evening.

Two children attending their community trick-or-treating event were struck by a driver and taken to the hospital for treatment, according to police. Her injuries do not appear to be life-threatening.

The driver was then taken into custody, although police say no charges have been filed against him yet. Police did not release the driver’s identity or the vehicle he was driving.
