One person has been arrested and identified following the homicide in Dauphin County

SWATARA TOWNSHIP, Pa. (WHTM) – One person has been arrested and a person of interest has been identified following a murder in Dauphin County during the evening hours of November 4th.
According to police, officers were called to an apartment complex in the 300 block of North Harrisburg Street around 10 p.m. for reports of a shooting. When officers arrived at the scene, police said they found a 39-year-old man who had died.
“The deceased individual was an employee of Camp Hill State Correctional Facility and was a sergeant there,” said Swatara Township Public Safety Director Darrell Reider.
According to Swatara Township Public Safety Director Darrell Reider, the shooting stemmed from an altercation between two neighbors. Reider also stated that the deceased was an employee of Camp Hill Correctional Facility.
During further investigation, officers found a second man who had been shot and had non-life-threatening injuries. That person was taken to a local hospital for treatment.
Swatara police said they arrested 26-year-old Francisco Hernandez-Hernandez, who lives in the 300 block of North Harrisburg Street, for his alleged involvement in this murder. He is charged with murder, recklessly endangering another person and failure to possess a firearm.

He is currently in the Dauphin County Booking Center awaiting arraignment on the above charges.
Additionally, police are trying to locate Felix Hernandez-Hernandez, who is currently involved in this murder.
