Lala Kent Thinks Shannon Beador’s RHOC Behavior Is ‘Destructive’
Shannon Beadors behavior on the Real Housewives of Orange County was confusing at best and unpredictable at worst. How about confronting someone about questionable comments and then having that person claim no memory of the incident? Or find flimsy excuses for inconsiderate comments?
Gina Kirschenheiter found herself in such a situation in Season 17 when Shannon made the unfortunate comment about Child Protective Services and Gina’s young children. Shannon was referring to the New York woman’s DUI in 2019 and the subsequent arrest warrant against her. Shannon suspected that Gina’s children could have ended up in the system without her intervention.
Gina was understandably outraged and confronted her co-star at the RHOC season 17 reunion. Shannon didn’t remember making that statement. She then indicated that she just meant it might have impacted Gina’s children at the time of the possible arrest. The emotion of such a comment was not lost on viewers. And Lala KentFor one thing, he alerted Shannon to her recklessness.
Lala addressed Shannon’s tendency to “not remember”
Lala expressed her feelings towards Shannon on a recent episode of her Give them Lala Podcast. As someone who has been sober for five years, it was interesting to hear her thoughts on this topic. Several of Shannon’s co-stars suggested that her drinking needs regulation.
“What I noticed about Shannon is that she doesn’t remember a lot of the things she says. And it’s destructive,” Lala said. “Involving CPS and Gina’s children and having those two in the same conversation is beyond reckless. And then Shannon doesn’t remember.”
Had Lala been the recipient of such a comment, “she would see red and climb and drag across the room.” [her] Eyes out.”
The mother-of-one added: “It was crazy to me that she even thought it was OK. “And not just apologize.”
Perhaps Shannon’s own DUI experience will change her perspective when RHOC Season 18 begins filming.
