Khloe Kardashian points out Kris Jenner’s biggest flaws as a manager

Khloe Kardashian is not satisfied with Kris Jenneris her role as manager – and she doesn’t hold back.
During the Thursday, November 2nd episode The KardashiansKris, 67, was excited to pitch Khloé, 39, for a new project.
“I’m trying to figure out what [Khloé’s] “This could be the next chapter,” Kris shared in a confessional interview. “She’s so funny and so smart and so articulate and so good with people. I thought, ‘Wow, you know what? I would love to hear Khloé’s point of view on so many different things.’”
Kris said her daughter had the perfect skills to host a podcast, adding: “I really feel strongly that you should have a podcast, which everyone is doing from home now.” You could go to Kylie Cosmetics come down the street and record there once a week. I think you would really be a person I would listen to and you are my daughter.”
However, Khloé wasn’t too keen on the idea as problems could arise in the long run.
“But you have to weigh the risk and reward. Let’s say I accidentally talk about it [my stepparent] Caitlyn [Jenner] and I’ll say Bruce for short,” she said of the former athlete, who transferred in 2015. “I would know it was an innocent mistake – there would have been no malicious intent. This little thing that seems so innocent could cause me to be destroyed.”
Although Kris understood Khloé’s concerns, she still tried to change her daughter’s mind. Kris, who also represents Kim Kardashian, Kourtney Kardashian, Rob Kardashian, Kendall Jenner And Kylie JennerShe tried to convince Khloé not to let fear dictate her decisions.
The conversation took a tense turn when Khloé pointed out that she felt unsupported by Kris.
“I can’t take on other tasks, like starting something completely new, because I don’t have a team to lean on. I don’t have a management team. “You’re only there until the contract is signed, and you disappear until you try to bring me the next contract,” Khloé claimed. “It’s your choice. You’re in your 60s and you’ve managed to work your ass off – you’ve gotten us all to where we are. I’m not complaining about it, I’m just pointing it out.”
Khloé said her mental health had suffered because she was so overwhelmed in her professional life, adding: “I don’t have a middleman to say, ‘I need help.’ You have no idea why I don’t sleep [and] that I can’t do any of the things I’m supposed to do because I’m trying to fix the mistakes.”
However, Kris was more interested in making plans for the future. She acknowledged Khloé’s “frustrations” but continued to move forward with the podcast project. In response, Khloé said that it didn’t make sense for her to try something new.

Because if you did, the problem would be fixed by now. And it’s not,” the reality star noted. “One of my frustrations with you is that there isn’t a lot of follow-up after something is done. Here I am speaking to you as a manager.”
Khloé also questioned why she couldn’t contact Kris about her career.
“When I reach you hours later, it makes me boil, whatever my problem is,” she said of Kris’ frequent vacations and different dinners. “If you want to serve multiple customers, you need to meet their diverse and diverse needs. You don’t give enough to everyone because you’re physically unable to. There’s no way she can do everything on her own and make everyone feel equally taken care of.”
When Kris couldn’t offer any suggestions on how to fix the problem, Khloé made it clear that she didn’t “trust” her.
“Since I’ve been working for you, I’ve never built a team in any of my other jobs. Do I have someone representing me at Good American? Besides you, who else can I call from my management side that will give me an immediate response? Because I can’t name a single person,” she told Kris. “I never have the feeling that people are looking out for me. I have to do everything myself in every single category and every job I have.”
Kris stood by her opinion that Khloé was missing the bigger picture. Even though Kris thought she saw things “differently” than Khloe, she still wanted to offer her daughter a professional solution. Meanwhile, Khloé argued that her mother didn’t listen to her.
“There are problems I have with my manager. Not my mother, my manager. When I try to address these issues I get a lot of resistance and it’s always guilt like a mother would do. These lines are becoming very blurred. They’re really gray,” she said in a confessional.
The discussion ended with Khloé firmly rejecting Kris’ attempts to find a solution, saying: “What I’m trying to achieve is that I’m not going to continue the conversation and I’m not going to talk to these bulls – that you keep trying, Because I never do.” Damn, the king heard it. We put a band-aid over a bullet hole and she likes to indulge me with a condescending comment and say, “Everything’s fine.” “We’ll work on it.” It’s all bullshit. I’m so put off by all of this.”
Kris stood her ground and asked why Khloé was “spiraling” in the wrong direction.
“You’re just somewhere else,” Kris said. “I don’t want to rub salt on a wound. I really want your wounds to be taken care of. Calm down, Khloé. You’re getting upset again, and these other things are just festering. It’s not healthy for you.”
The episode ended with Khloé and Kris still at odds. In a preview of next week’s episode, Kris shared Kathy Hilton And Paris Hilton that she didn’t feel guilty.
“Khloé is mad at me because I didn’t pay enough attention to her. “She thinks I can be in four places at once,” she told the mother-daughter duo.
Meanwhile, in a confessional, Khloé made it clear that she wants to address the issue, adding: “Things between me and my mother are not resolved yet. We definitely need to talk about it.”
