Fans say “I’d have to dislocate my jaw to eat that” while the mega £8 burger on a non-league team has fans drooling

FEASTING football fans believe they have found the holy grail of half-time burgers – thanks to some non-league saints.

One drooling supporter even feared he would have to “dislocate my jaw” to devour sixth-tier side St Albans’ sizzling £8 offering – described by fellow admirers as a “thing of beauty” and “truly fantastic”.

Some fans thought this burger must be a doozy in more ways than one as they doubted it could be as big and tasty as it looked

And another disbelieving fan all but dismissed it as fake chews as he argued: “Can’t be real, it looks absolutely stunning.”

The part-time Saints are only in the middle of the table in the National League South.

But their overstuffed burger could take up the entire table in any football competition.

Bacon and salad cream were smeared on the sides and looked ready to explode from what at least looked like a triple decker treat.

The Minnows’ mega meal in a box labeled “Chicken or the People” certainly had fans drooling.

One replied to a picture of it on the FootyScran website saying: “I’ll probably have to dislocate my jaw to get this in, but it looks pretty damn awesome.”

“This looks absolutely amazing!” said another, and a third remarked: “Bro this burger looks STRESSED.”

A fourth was even more desperate to hold on as he insisted: “I would pay anything for that burger! Looks delicious!”

A fifth said: “This burger looks delicious, has a decent portion size and looks delicious. £8 is a bit expensive but I would happily pay that at a football match.”

But one picky viewer wrote: “This looks decent, I’m writing it off a bit as the bacon looks a bit overcooked – 7/10.”

Seven seems a bit mean – it definitely deserves at least a bite!
