The sudden death of talented actor Matthew Perry has left many in shock, and recent revelations about the circumstances of his death have only added to the mystery.

TMZ recently obtained the audio recording made in connection with Perry’s untimely death, which revealed that “drowning” was mentioned after the actor was found lifeless in his hot tub at his Los Angeles home last Saturday was. The beloved actor was just 54 years old.
The short audio clip offers a chilling glimpse, with a voice on the radio saying, “Agent 23. Rescue 23. EMS 9. In response to drowning,” after which first responders were immediately dispatched to Perry’s apartment.
Previously, TMZ reported a 911 call from Perry’s address that indicated someone who had suffered a cardiac arrest needed urgent medical attention. Subsequent investigations into the actor’s home revealed no evidence of drugs or evidence of foul play, as the media confirmed.
Although Los Angeles police confirmed they responded to a call about the death of a man in his 50s at Perry’s address, they declined to confirm the identity of the deceased.

Despite the heavy grief and mystery, Perry’s representatives have made no official comments on the media reports.
In a moving image, Perry’s immediate family – mother Suzanne Morrison, father John Bennett Perry and stepfather Keith Morrison of Dateline – were seen arriving at his apartment just hours after his death was revealed, according to footage provided by TMZ.
Just six days before this tragedy, Perry had shared a photo of himself enjoying a warm hot tub on Instagram. His accompanying caption was playfully written: “Oh so warm water swirling around makes you feel good? I’m Mattman.”
